To celebrate, we’re launching the Builder Season Challenge. Build an app with Knack, submit a quick demo, and you could win:

$1,000 — First Place
$500 — Second Place
$250 — Third Place

All you need to do:

Build an app (must be a new app started in April 2026)
Record a short (90-second) demo
Submit your entry by April 30th

We’re looking for apps that are practical, creative, impactful — or just plain clever.

Whether it’s a customer portal, internal tool, or something totally unique, we want to see what you’re building.

Plus, it's never been easier to create a new app now that all users have access to our AI Builder, with AI credit entitlements included in every plan. Start with a prompt and iterate by chatting with AI, or start your app from scratch or a template — the choice is yours.

Product updates just keep rolling out. We’ve got several updates designed to make building and managing apps faster and more flexible:

All users now have access to our AI Builder — As mentioned above, every Knack customer can now create and customize apps using our AI Builder. Every plan has AI credit entitlements baked in — so try it out today!
Now Available: Clinical Trial Management Template App— This app focuses on managing participants and visits to collect data across multiple studies.
New! Introducing User Stamps (New Apps) — A powerful new feature that automatically tracks and manages the relationship between your records and the users who interact with them. Learn more here.
New Flows connectors for Knack Health: Athena Health —integrate directly with Athena Health's electronic health record (EHR) platform. Knack Flows also includes an additional standardized method for accessing Athena Health patient data. Discover all integrations here.
Now Available: Further AI Builder Support via Chat (Next-Gen) — The AI Builder now supports deletion actions directly through the chat interface. Users can request the removal of tabled, fields or records using natural language.
